2. PAY REGISTRATION FEE
3. COMPLETE AND TURN IN ONE FUNDRAISING CALENDAR ​ (DUE 30 DAYS AFTER REGISTRATION).

IMPORTANT: substitute forms
will NOT be accepted. We will not accept any physical that DOES NOT have the Dr. Stamp.

No player is allowed to participate in SCJAAF without having a current physical on file with their chapter dated no earlier than 4 months prior to the season start date.
Physicals done by a Chiropractor or Registered Nurse will NOT

REGISTRATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL. ADDITIONALLY, IN ORDER FOR AN ATHLETE TO PARTICIPATE, AT LEAST 1 FUNDRAISING CALENDAR MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED AND TURNED IN OR OPT OUT OF THE CALENDAR AND PAY $400 FEES IN FULL.

EACH NEW PLAYER MUST STILL BE FULLY REGISTERED AFTER AUGUST 1ST.
NEW PLAYERS MUST LIST ONLY ONE NAME ON THEIR ROADRUNNER REGISTRATION FOR THEIR FRIEND TO GET THEIR $20 CREDIT.
RETURNING PLAYERS CAN EARN MULTIPLE $20 CREDITS FOR EACH COMPLETED REGISTRATION LISTING THEM AS THE REFERRAL FRIEND.
REFERRAL CREDITS WILL BE DISBURSED IN AUGUST.
